RESORTS WORLD CASINO NEW YORK CITY SPONSORS QUEENS BLACK PANTHER CHALLENGE
Queens, NY— Resorts World Casino New York City is proud to help make kids in Queens feel like super heroes! Queens native Shomari , who plays a Jabari Drummer in the Black Panther movie, is leading the “Black Panther Challenge,” a campaign to bring 200 Queens students to a private screening of the highly-anticipated movie. Resorts World Casino New York City is a sponsor of the challenge.
Resorts World Casino New York City is committed to giving back in Queens, and has connected over 50 deserving local kids from the YMCA, the Showing Hearts Foundation, the Dominico-American Society of Queens, A Better Jamaica, and the I.R.I.E. Butterfly Foundation to the challenge. Resorts World Casino is also sponsoring the printing of the t-shirts that will be distributed to attendees. Shomari’s original Go Fund Me has raised nearly $4,500, well past his goal of $3,000.
The screening will take place at the Jamaica Multiplex.
